WHY BOOK A FAMILY PHOTOshoot ?

How many photos do you have of your children, but hardly any of yourself with them? and how often do you actually manage to get the whole family together in one photograph?

I’ve never loved being in photos myself, so I completely understand. Most of us feel a little uncomfortable in front of the camera. There is always that photoshoot you think about doing one day, but somehow life gets busy and it never quite happens.

But the most important images I hope you take away from your family session are the ones where you are in the frame together. These are often the photographs that are the hardest to capture yourself. It may not feel important today, but one day, for your children, these images will be priceless — and completely irreplaceable.

SO, get in the photos as it’s the closest you’ll ever get to pressing pause.

The process

STEP ONE

Once you have seen my pictures you send me a message through the contact form on my website and let me know which session you want, MATERNITY or FAMILY and give me as much information as possible and after that we agree on a date.

STEP TWO

Once we have agreed on a date and you are ready to book a payment of 50% is asked for you to secure your date requested.

STEP THREE

I will provide you with everything you need with my preparation guide to make sure you will get the best experience. We will meet for a photoshoot and I will guide you through the session with simple instructions for different natural poses. My ambition is to make you feel as comfortable as possible in front of the camera.

STEP FOUR

I will curate a gallery with the best photos from our session and within 2-3 weeks I will deliver the the photos via an online gallery and from there you can download, share and print the way you like!

What to wear?

Start to to ask yourselves what you like? What does your home look like and how would the photo look if you would have it on the wall?

Transparent and light fabrics is always a good idea but stay away from big logos. Avoid busy patterns as could distract the photos.

Most important is that you feel comfortable in what you are wearing.

What happens if it is raining?

We keep an eye out on the forecast and if the weather is not on our side we rescheduele

How long until we will receive our photos?

Usually it takes 2-3 weeks
